Polsinelli Represents Integer Technologies in Strategic Growth Investment Deal

Polsinelli congratulates its client, Integer Technologies, on its strategic growth investment from Razor’s Edge. Integer Technologies is a defense technology company delivering artificial intelligence-driven cyber; sensing and perception; and autonomy software solutions to national security customers.

The deal will help accelerate Integer’s rapid growth, advance its delivery of key capabilities in the maritime domain, and speed the transition of cutting-edge autonomy and cyber R&D into deployable technology for national security missions.
