Polsinelli Represents Lula Smarter Property Maintenance, Inc. in $28 Million Series A Financing

Polsinelli congratulates its client Lula Smarter Property Maintenance, Inc., on its $28 million Series A Preferred Equity Financing. Lula is a leading proptech platform for streamlined property maintenance solutions.

The Series A Financing was led by PeakSpan Capital, with participation from existing investor RET Ventures. The Series A Financing will help Lula to expand from 42 markets into 60 markets in 2025. Lula also plans to heavily invest into further product innovation through AI and automation, and to make key role hires.
