Polsinelli Represents Millennium International in Sale

Polsinelli recently represented Millennium International (Millennium), a leading provider of business and regional jet avionics repair solutions, in the sale of 90% of the company’s stock to HEICO Corporation (HEICO).

This transaction provides an opportunity for Millennium to drive innovation and broaden its capabilities and allows HEICO to expand into the business jet market.
