Polsinelli Represents WarriorBabe Health in Acquisition of Dynamic Health Institute’s Equity Interests

Polsinelli recently represented WarriorBabe Health, a women-focused digital health and fitness company, in its acquisition of all outstanding equity interests of Dynamic Health Institute (DHI), a functional telemedicine platform offering hormone replacement, GLP-1, peptide and performance therapies.

The transaction brings together two complementary telehealth platforms at a moment of rapid expansion in the hormone optimization and functional medicine market. In particular, DHI will add a vital telehealth-based therapies offering to WarriorBabe Health’s existing suite of services — including personalized fitness, macro-based nutrition and virtual mindset coaching — designed to help women rebuild trust with their bodies and create lasting results.

DHI’s existing equity holders retained a minority ownership stake in WarriorBabe Health through a rollover investment.

“This deal reflects the market’s growing interest in direct-to-consumer telehealth platforms and, crucially, adds clinical depth to WarriorBabe Health’s women-focused services while maintaining DHI’s physician-friendly business model,” said Phillip P. Guttilla, the Polsinelli shareholder who led the firm’s deal team. “We’re proud to have supported WarriorBabe Health in its efforts to preserve DHI’s structure and leadership in today’s increasingly fragmented health care landscape, and we look forward to the company bringing its critical offerings to even more women across the country.”

The Polsinelli team involved in this transaction was led by Shareholder Phillip P. Guttilla and included Shareholders Laura D. Pone and Tanner L. Weigel. Associates Suzanne E. Bassett, Olivia L. Franklin and C. Reagan Kays provided additional support to the team.
