Polsinelli Signs New Lease in Philadelphia to Support Remarkable Growth
Polsinelli is pleased to announce that it has signed a new lease for its Philadelphia office to accommodate its explosive growth. Since establishing its presence in Philadelphia in July of this year with a group of 36 attorneys and several administrative professionals, the office has grown to more than 60 employees, including over 42 attorneys. To accommodate this ongoing growth, the Philadelphia office is expanding within its current building, leasing over 40,000 square feet across the 11th and 12th floors. Located at 1717 Arch St. in the vibrant arts and culture district of Philadelphia, the office is situated in Three Logan Square, a property owned and managed by Brandywine Realty Trust. The new office will accommodate up to 120 employees, and Polsinelli targets a summer 2025 move-in date.
