AZ Business Magazine selected Melissa Ho as one of Arizona's Most Influential Women. Melissa is a shareholder in the Phoenix office of Polsinelli. More than 2000 women were considered for the distinction. Those chosen were recognized for their influence, leadership and innovation at a reception attended by nearly 500 people at the Chateau Luxe in Phoenix August 27, 2015.

Melissa assists clients in the areas of government investigations and white collar criminal defense. She is skilled at internal investigations and high-profile matters.
An active member of the legal community, Melissa was recently elected to her second term as a member of the State Bar of Arizona Board of Governors. She is the former past president of the Arizona Asian American Bar Association and has served on numerous boards and commissions for the City of Phoenix. Melissa also volunteers her time on domestic violence, guardianship and immigration cases.
Among her many distinctions, Melissa is a past recipient of the Judge Learned Hand Emerging Leadership Award. She has also been named to “Best Lawyers Under 40”, “Forty under 40”, the “Lawyers of Color Hot List, and “Generation Next Forty Under Forty.” Chambers USA, the world’s leading guide to the legal profession, ranked Melissa in its 2015 America’s Leading Lawyers for Business in the category of Litigation: White Collar Crime. Southwest Super Lawyers named her as a Rising Star in 2012, 2013, 2014 and 2015 in the category of Criminal Defense - White Collar.
Melissa earned her B.A. with honors and a B.S. from Arizona State University and her law degree from the University of Arizona James E. Rogers College of Law.
