Benchmark Litigation chose Polsinelli Shareholder Nancy E. Rafuse for inclusion in the Benchmark Top 250 Women in Litigation. In addition to serving as a lead trial attorney for more than 20 years, Rafuse chairs Polsinelli’s Labor and Employment Practice Group and manages the Atlanta office of Polsinelli. The Top 250 Women in Litigation is dedicated to honoring the accomplishments of leading female trial attorneys in the United States, and is determined through targeted research and peer review process.

Rafuse represents large public and private employers in complex employment litigation, class actions and wage and hour collective actions She also is called upon to advise the C-Suite of clients on matters concerning executive employment-related issues, including drafting and interpreting executive contracts and compensation agreements, enforcing restrictive covenants and confidential executive placements, investigations and departures.

With the honor, Rafuse will be featured in the 4th edition of the Benchmark Top 250 Women in Litigation published in June, which aims to celebrate the contributions made by the attorneys, as well as the main Benchmark Litigation book published in September.
This recognition is added to a lengthy list of distinctions for Rafuse, who was also named a Local Litigation Star by Benchmark Litigation earlier this year.
