Missouri Governor Jay Nixon appointed Kenneth H. Suelthaus to a prestigious position on the Missouri Highways and Transportation Commission. Suelthaus is part of a six-member commission which makes and tracks transportation policy. Suelthaus is a vice chairman and shareholder who practices in the Business and Financial Services departments in our St. Louis office. In addition to his law degree from the University of Missouri School of Law, Suelthaus has an engineering degree from the University of Michigan.
"Maintaining and improving highways and other modes of transportation is important to every citizen in Missouri,"said Suelthaus. "A good transportation system is necessary to attract and retain businesses and the jobs they create and for economic development in general."
