A new FinTech practice at Polsinelli will specialize in a variety of financial and technology regulatory law including corporate and transactional, securities and securities regulatory, intellectual and employment.
FinTech is a term used to describe the practice that includes financial, technology and intellectual property law.

Richard Levin, now the chair of the financial technology and regulation practice at Polsinelli, will lead the new practice in business planning and recruiting associates to the practice.

The FinTech practice at Polsinelli will target large and small firms, including those in the technology industry, large investment banks, electronic markets and investment advisors. They will also cater to technology firms that are building platforms or trading digital currency for crowdfund investing and peer-to-peer lending.
