Missouri Lawyers Weekly, the state’s largest legal publication, selected attorneys Suzanne Bocell Bradley and Joan B. Killgore as honorees in its 2012 Women’s Justice Awards. Both Bradley and Killgore are being recognized as leading Business Practitioners. Bradley focuses on corporate law matters for individuals and businesses, and Killgore is a health care attorney who represents health care providers.
“We are very pleased our attorneys are being recognized for their hard work, talent and dedication to our clients,” said Polsinelli Chairman Russ Welsh.
Bradley practices in the St. Joseph office of Polsinelli and divides her time between wills and trusts, real estate, and family matters. She has previously represented many individuals, corporate clients and insurance companies. Bradley serves as a substitute Municipal Judge for the City of St. Joseph, serving since 1986, and is one of five Commissioners on the Missouri Gaming Commission, appointed by the Governor of Missouri.
Killgore maintains a general transactional and regulatory health law practice, focusing on the representation of academic medical centers, hospitals, physicians, long term care facilities, ancillary medical service providers and other health care clients. With her background as a registered nurse and an adjunct professor for the Center for Health Care Studies at Saint Louis University School of Law, Killgore brings specialized clinical and technical experience to her health law practice.
Missouri Lawyers Weekly will honor Bradley and Killgore, among others, in an awards ceremony in St. Louis on April 19. Honorees will be featured in a special section of the April 6 issue of Missouri Lawyers Weekly.
Last year, Polsinelli’s Grace Day was selected as the 2011 Woman of the Year, Women’s Justice Awards.
