Businesses are joining a large lawsuit challenging the government’s Missouri River management changes earlier in this century.

Wednesday, lawyers filed an amended lawsuit in federal court adding 236 additional claimants, said Dan Boulware, the lead attorney. Mr. Boulware is a partner in the Polsinelli law firm. Lawyers are believed to be seeking an amount in excess of $250 million for the illegal taking of the claimants’ property.
