Polsinelli continues its upward growth with the addition of associate Lauren Crawford to the firm’s Trial department. Crawford will practice in the Insurance Coverage and Bad Faith Litigation group utilizing her prior experience including working on appellate matters at the Arizona Court of Appeals.
“We’re committed to expanding our depth of services in a way that will benefit our clients the most,” said Phoenix Managing Partner Ed Novak. “Lauren will be a great addition to the Insurance Coverage team and we are excited to have her on board.”
Crawford joins Polsinelli’s national Trial department of more than 180 attorneys practicing in Chicago, Denver, Kansas City, Mo., Overland Park, Kan., Phoenix, St. Louis and Washington, D.C. Attorneys in the department have tried and won cases and appeals on behalf of some of the largest companies and against some of the most acclaimed law firms in the nation, in courts from Puerto Rico to Alaska, and Maine to California.
“Having witnessed Polsinelli grow and expand its reach over the past year, I was excited for the opportunity to develop as a professional among a group of experienced litigators with a national practice,” said Crawford. “I wanted to have the opportunity to work at a dynamic, forward-thinking law firm that would allow me to represent clients with their vast resources wherever they do business.”
Crawford earned her law degree from Arizona State University – Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law in 2009. She earned her B.A. in Psychology, magna cum laude, from the University of Arizona in 2004. She is a member of Horace Rumpole Inn of Court, a national organization established to mentor attorneys in professionalism and ethics in their practices. She joins the expanding Phoenix office which has grown from 20 to 65 attorneys in two-and-a-half years.
