Brian, having a unique perspective shaped by a rare combination of outside and in-house counsel experience, is an outstanding addition. We look forward to all that he brings to the team.”
Anderson has extensive experience litigating and advising on patent, trademark and trade secret actions, with a particular emphasis on Hatch-Waxman/ANDA, medical device, biosimilar patent litigation in district courts across the country, as well as in the ITC, PTAB and EPO.
“Brian’s depth of experience makes him a strategic addition to a team that’s already an established leader in the field,” said Cross Department Litigation Chair and Chicago Office Managing Partner Mary Clare Bonaccorsi. “Our pharmaceutical and life sciences industry clients turn to us for top-tier intellectual property litigation work as part of our full service approach to serving innovative and growing businesses in that space.”

“Polsinelli represents some of the world’s largest, best-known, and most influential generic, brand, and specialty pharmaceutical companies,” said Anderson. “Having previously worked alongside the Polsinelli team as an in house lawyer, I know first-hand their caliber and depth of experience.
