Am Law 100 firm Polsinelli has been named among the Top 10 Best Performing Law Firms Overall and is the No. 3 Top Performing Law Firm in High-Tech, according to Patexia’s Patent Prosecution Intelligence Report 2019 edition. The firm earned six different rankings in Patexia’s annual report.

Patexia’s Patent Prosecution Intelligence Report examines the filing and issuance activities over the last five years and measures the activity, efficiency and performance of over 5,000 law firms and 100,000 companies. The report analyzes filing activity, pendency of applications, number of extensions requested, number of office actions, allowance rate, changes in claim language and the length of claims, among others.
Polsinelli’s six rankings for 2019 demonstrate that the firm has achieved a top 1 to 2 percent ranking in a given category over the past five years. The 2019 rankings include:
