Am Law 100 firm Polsinelli has been recognized in the area of Intellectual Property law in BTI Consulting Group’s Litigation Outlook 2022: Post-Pandemic and Beyond report. The report ranks the firm as a “Litigation Leader,” one of only 16 firms recognized as such in the area of IP law.

“This is a significant honor, to be recognized in this way by BTI.  We continue to bring our innovative, client-focused approach to major litigation throughout the country.  This has proven particularly successful for our clients, especially during these changing and challenging times,” said Polsinelli Intellectual Property Division Chair and Hatch Waxman Practice Group Leader Gary E. Hood.

The BTI Litigation Outlook report is based on an in-depth survey of more than 350 corporate counsel and leading legal decision makers and contains independent, unbiased research.
