AmLaw 100 firm Polsinelli has moved into new office space in Miami as the firm continues to expand its work in real estate, health care, financial services and other business transactions across Florida.
Since first entering the market in 2019, Polsinelli’s Miami presence has grown from 6 attorneys to more than 20 today, with further expansion anticipated in the coming months. Most recently, the firm welcomed Dora Acherman, Robert Cardenas, Andrew Cromer, Diana Feng, Louis D. Rubin and Brendan M. Studley to its Real Estate Group and Romain Balard to Health Care.
The new office occupies two floors and almost 24,000 square feet of space at 315 S. Biscayne Blvd., where Biscayne Bay meets the Miami River. The signature location will feature prominent signage that will add the “Polsinelli” name to the Downtown Miami skyline as it has in other cities across the country.
The move to new offices also presented Polsinelli with the opportunity to design an office specifically built for the post-COVID era. The new offices will deploy the latest in technology and space planning techniques to accommodate the more flexible work environment that law firm professionals and clients now desire, while still allowing for a work environment that encourages collaboration and the development of the personal and professional relationships that define the firm’s culture and its motto – “What A Law Firm Should Be.”
“We are excited about being in this beautiful space,” said Miami Office Managing Partner J. Everett Wilson. “This will truly be an office for the future. We are deeply committed to continuing to grow in this exciting market and are making this move as the embodiment of that commitment. South Florida’s vibrant culture and economic climate are attracting the growth-minded businesses we serve across a range of industries and we are well positioned to continue to serve them.”
The firm is also committed to engaging with Miami’s rich civic and cultural life, with attorneys dedicating time and resources to support locally active organizations including the American Red Cross, Ronald McDonald House Charities, Nicklaus Children’s Hospital, and the Health Foundation of South Florida, among others.
