Polsinelli, an Am Law 100 firm with more than 950 attorneys in 21 offices nationwide, recently represented Tricera Capital in an $18.25 million off-market sale of The Hive and Flagler Uptown retail buildings in Fort Lauderdale's Flagler Village to an undisclosed buyer. 

The Miami-based real estate investment firm acquired the mural-adorned former industrial buildings for $13.25 million in January 2019. During its tenure as owner, Tricera secured more than 20 new leases and renewals for buildings' approximately 32,000 square feet of combined rentable space. Polsinelli previously represented Tricera in the 2019 acquisition, as well as all the leases for the properties.

Located at 900-924 N. Flagler Drive and 723-737 NE Second Ave., The Hive and Flagler Uptown have a combined 32,000 square feet of rentable space occupied at the time of sale by tenants including Batch, the Cookie Co., Chick’nCone, Glitch Bar, Heritage Restaurant, JB&C (Juice Bar and Café), Montce Swim and Wells Coffee Co.
