Ghislaine G. Torres Bruner, a shareholder and energy and environment litigator with Am Law 100 firm Polsinelli, has been recognized by Denver Business Journal on its “2019 Who’s Who in Energy” list. The list highlights a prestigious group of industry leaders identified by Denver Business Journal who are the movers and shakers in metro Denver's fast-moving energy industry.
Licensed in Colorado, Utah, Wyoming, North Dakota, New Mexico and Florida, Torres Bruner assists the oil and gas industry in extracting natural resources wisely while preserving natural resources for future generations. She counsels energy clients through all aspects of planning, siting, permitting near sensitive areas and complex litigation affecting natural resource and energy companies.

Torres Bruner earned a Bachelor of Science in Women’s Health from the University of Michigan; a Master of Public Health degree in Environmental Health and Management from Florida International University; a Juris Doctorate with certificates in International Law and Health Law from Nova Southeastern University; and, a Master of Laws degree from the University of Denver in Environmental and Natural Resources Law and Policy. She has previously been recognized as a Top Woman in Energy by Denver Business Journal in 2018 and 2019 and appeared on the “Who’s Who in Energy” list in 2016 and again in 2018.

Active in the community, Torres Bruner has served on the Board of Colorado Ballet’s Auxiliary and is presently secretary and president-elect. She is a member of the Denver chapter of the Women’s Energy Network. Since 2016, she has served as Vice Chair in various capacities including Membership and Articles Chair and of the American Bar Association’s Section for Energy, Environment, Resources Oil and Gas Committee, and previous as an at-large Vice Chair for the Air Quality Committee. She has been an active member of the Colorado Oil and Gas Association serving on the Local Regulatory Committee, Legal, Legislative and Committee and Environmental Health and Safety committees.
