Polsinelli Shughart welcomes attorney Tiffany R. Harper to the firm as an associate where she will practice in the areas of loan enforcement, commercial litigation and bankruptcy. Harper joins a deep bench of attorneys who advise lenders and borrowers in virtually every phase of financial relationships.

“Polsinelli Shughart is pleased to add Tiffany to our Chicago office. She brings experience working extensively in commercial litigation as well as Chapter 7 and 11 bankruptcy proceedings,” said Chicago Managing Director Anthony J. Nasharr. “Her diverse background in bankruptcy, litigation, creditors’ rights and loan enforcement matters are a great fit for our firm.”

Harper joins a national team of financial services attorneys stretching from coast to coast. In 2011, the firm opened Dallas and Los Angeles offices to help meet clients’ needs. The National Law Journal ranked Polsinelli Shughart, “the third fastest growing law firm in the country.”

Harper’s experience in a broad range of financial services areas complements Polsinelli’s traditional strengths in lender-side representations and enhances the firm’s local and national bankruptcy platform.

“Polsinelli Shughart will provide me with the opportunity to have a blended practice inclusive of commercial litigation, loan enforcement and bankruptcy,” said Harper.

Harper earned her law degree from Washington University School of Law-St. Louis in 2008. She was Executive Board-Primary Editor of Washington University Journal of Law & Policy. She earned a B.A. degree in Latin American and Caribbean studies from Dartmouth College in 2005. Harper served as a judicial law clerk in the Northern District of Illinois, Eastern Division and worked in-house at Navistar Financial Corporation before joining the firm.
