Polsinelli Shughart attorney Kathleen A. Hardee reflects 30 years later on the legal legacy of the Hyatt Regency Hotel skywalks collapse. The firm provides pro bono legal work for the Skywalk Memorial Foundation, a nonprofit group committed to building a memorial to honor the victims and rescuers of that night.

Hardee has over 20 years experience representing clients in business disputes, securities and investment disputes, officer and director liability matters, product liability issues and disputes relating to the transportation industry. She has tried many cases, including several high profile matters which drew substantial attention and required press management. Ms. Hardee serves as national litigation counsel for her business clients and she has defended them in disputes as well as represented them at trial throughout the country.
