Polsinelli Shughart welcomes corporate law attorney Quentin L. Jennings as a shareholder and litigation attorney Kirra N. Jones as an associate to the national law firm’s Kansas City office. Jennings brings extensive experience in analyzing and closing mergers and acquisitions and real estate transactions. His will focus on coordinating complex mergers, divestiture, acquisition and real estate transactions representing small to mid-size businesses and Fortune 500 companies, high-technology firms, health care systems and providers, and start-up companies.
“All of us at the firm are pleased that Quentin could return and bring back his significant experience in corporate law and business transactions,” said Business Services Division Chair Trip Frizell.
Jennings earned his law degree from the University of Missouri-Columbia School of Law in 2001 and his B.A degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Massachusetts-Amherst in 1998.
