Am Law 100 firm Polsinelli welcomes new Shareholder Cynthia M. Weiss as a member of the firm’s national Capital Markets and Commercial Lending Practice. She will practice from the firm’s Washington, D.C. office.
With over a decade of legal experience, Weiss brings experience working with lenders and borrowers on a broad range of financing transactions, including cash-flow and asset-based loans, acquisition financing, bridge loan facilities, subordinated debt facilities and receivables financings. She brings a commercial view to deals, with an emphasis on efficiency and practical solutions.

Weiss obtained a bachelor’s degree, summa cum laude from Yale University. She also concurrently obtained a J.D., cum laude, from Harvard Law School and a Master of Arts in Law and Diplomacy from The Fletcher School at Tufts University.
