Am Law 100 firm Polsinelli is continuing its national Real Estate Practice
expansion, welcoming new real estate Shareholder Louis D. Rubin in the firm’s Miami office
. Rubin brings unique experience in the renewable energy sector.
Rubin focuses his practice on representing private equity funds, real estate developers and individuals in real estate development and investment transactions across all asset classes. He has experience with commercial lending and project finance in the energy sector, where he focuses on financing renewable energy projects. Rubin also has a broad range of corporate and transactional experience that he capably leverages to find solutions and create efficiencies for his clients.

Rubin leverages his previous experience representing Florida-based real estate developers in acquisition, development and disposition of several residential, commercial and mixed-use projects. He also has experience representing sponsors and developers of renewable and green energy projects, including wind, solar, battery storage and liquid natural gas in various project finance transactions in North America.

, while the San Francisco office

Rubin earned his undergraduate degree from Northeastern University before obtaining a J.D., cum laude
