Polsinelli Shareholder Receives Health Care Heroes Award from the Nashville Business Journal
Polsinelli Shareholder Kolin B. Holladay has been recognized by the Nashville Business Journal as one of the city’s most outstanding health care leaders, joining 21 other local honorees to receive the publication’s 2017 Health Care Heroes Award.
The ninth-annual Health Care Heroes Awards program recognizes the accomplishments of Nashville’s most influential leaders, innovators, strategists and caretakers, whose work is helping grow the region’s health care industry and reinforcing Nashville as one of the country’s major hubs for health care. Candidates were judged on a range of criteria, including their professional accomplishments and community involvement.
“Kolin has built a reputation of a highly-respected legal professional, navigating health care and other clients through numerous corporate and transactional matters to improve their business operations and strategic plans,” said Nashville Office Managing Shareholder John Peterson. “We congratulate Kolin for receiving this outstanding honor by the Nashville Business Journal, and we’re certainly grateful to have him on our Polsinelli Nashville team.”
Holladay joined Polsinelli in April 2017, bringing more than 16 years of experience in corporate, securities and mergers and acquisitions to Polsinelli’s Business Department. He focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions, and a significant portion of his clients are entities within the health care industry – hospitals, health care providers, pharmaceutical companies and medical technology firms.
The Health Care Heroes Award adds to the long list of awards Holladay has received during his legal career, including being named a Nashville Emerging Leader in the Legal Services Industry by the Nashville Chamber of Commerce, Best of the Bar, a Forty Under 40 recipient by the Nashville Business Journal, inclusion in Best Lawyers® from 2013-2016 in Corporate Law and inclusion in the Nashville Post “In Charge” in 2016-2017.
