Polsinelli Continues to Grow National Real Estate Practice with Addition of Shareholder David Hall in Los Angeles
Am Law 100 firm Polsinelli continues to expand its Real Estate practice with the addition of
David Hall as a shareholder in its Los Angeles office.
The firm, which has offices and highly-experienced attorneys spanning all time zones, recently earned national Tier 1 ranking in Real Estate on U.S. News & World Report’s 2018 “Best Law Firms” list.
With more than twenty-five years of market insight, Hall works closely with some of the largest national real estate owners as well as smaller, local developers and owners to understand their business needs. Hall has a deep understanding of the complexity of real estate transactions, debt and equity financing, property disposition and joint ventures. He counsels property owners, REITs, developers and institutional lenders guiding them in strategically managing all aspects of their multifamily, office, retail and health care property portfolios.
“David’s experience working on some of the largest deals in the country combined with his in-depth knowledge of the California real estate market is a terrific addition to our national practice,” said Amy Hansen, who chairs Polsinelli’s Real Estate practice. “We are proud to welcome him to the team.”
Polsinelli’s national Real Estate practice is comprised of more than 80 attorneys who provide practical solutions in a broad range of services and capabilities including governmental incentives, health care real estate, real estate development, real estate transactions, real estate equity and zoning & land use.
“David’s local and national real estate transaction experience will help us build on our already strong base in Southern California,” said Polsinelli’s Los Angeles Office Managing Partner Noel Cohen. “With David on our team we will be able to expand our reputation for service excellence and assist our clients in navigating the complexities of the real estate market both in Los Angeles and across the country.”
The addition of Hall to the Los Angeles office is part of the firm’s continued strategic growth of its West Coast presence. Last month the firm announced that five intellectual property litigators have joined the firm’s Silicon Valley office.
Hall earned his undergraduate and law degrees from the University of Southern California. He is licensed in both California and Illinois.
