Polsinelli Shareholder Receives Top Lawyers Under 40 Award by Hispanic National Bar Association
Polsinelli shareholder Gabe Zorogastua
has been selected as a 2018 Top Lawyers Under 40 Award
honoree by the Hispanic National Bar Association
(HNBA). Zorogastua will be honored during the HNBA’s 9th Annual Corporate Counsel Conference in San Francisco on Mar. 16.
HNBA presents the Top Lawyers Under 40 Award annually to lawyers who have demonstrated professional excellence, integrity, leadership, and commitment to the Hispanic community. It celebrates and highlights the accomplishments and contributions of its members who have distinguished themselves in the legal profession, and includes members from all segments of the profession.

As a commercial litigation and antitrust attorney, Zorogastua has over a decade of experience working with clients on mergers and acquisitions and representing businesses in antitrust and commercial disputes. Zorogastua’s experience in the Fair Credit Reporting Act includes defending one of the big three consumer reporting agencies in more than a hundred cases.
Zorogastua is a native of Peru and brings a passion for helping Hispanic-owned businesses and Latin American companies seeking to expand their businesses into the United States. He serves as outside general counsel for Hispanic and Latin American businesses, assisting with a variety of legal issues that arise.
The HNBA Top Lawyers Under 40 Award adds to the lengthy list of achievements Zorogastua has earned throughout his young legal career. He serves as President for The Good Samaritan Project, a Kansas City-based HIV/AIDS service organization, and on the board of the Hispanic National Bar Association and the Kansas City Metropolitan Bar Association. He previously served as the President of the Hispanic Bar Association of Greater Kansas City and has been selected for inclusion for the past four years as a "Rising Stars" by Missouri & Kansas Super Lawyers. Last year, Zorogastua was named to the Kansas City Business Journal’s NextGen Leaders Award Program.
