Alexis L. Angell, an associate in the Dallas office of Polsinelli, an Am Law 100 firm, has been accepted into the Dallas Association of Young Lawyers (DAYL) Leadership Class of 2016.

Since 1997, the DAYL Leadership Program has assisted attorneys who desire to become more involved in their community and local bar associations. Each year about 40 attorneys are selected from many applications submitted from solo practitioners, big and small firm associates, government and in-house counsel.

“Alexis is an impressive young attorney who is fiercely dedicated to the law,” said Jon Henderson, managing partner of Polsinelli’s Dallas office. “She has earned the trust of our health care clients, been admitted to three different state bars and is continuing her commitment to the Dallas community through this selective program.”

Angell is a member of Polsinelli’s Health Care Litigation Practice Group. Her practice concentrates on representing health care clients in complex commercial litigation cases, advising peer review committees on quality of care, conduct and wellness issues concerning physicians, and counseling health care entities on reporting, governance and other critical issues.
