National law firm Polsinelli welcomes attorney Allison A. Schaper to the firm’s Environmental Litigation Practice. Schaper joins a national team of attorneys who counsel and represent clients in civil and enforcement actions throughout the United States. Schaper will practice in the firm’s St. Louis office which recently added environmental attorneys Marissa L. Curran, William J. Curtis, Chris E. Erker, Jane E. Fedder and Michael H. Wetmore. Schaper’s law practice encompasses the areas of environmental litigation, toxic tort and business litigation.
“The addition of Allison is another example of the growth and emphasis we have placed on this area of law in St. Louis and nationally,” said Environmental Litigation Practice Chair Troy B. Froderman. “We have recently added a number of sophisticated attorneys with experience in this highly regulated area of business and who have a deep understanding of our clients’ needs.”
Schaper graduated from Miami University with a Bachelor’s of Arts in Psychology in 2005. She was a division one athlete during her time at Miami University, an athletic career culminated by serving as captain of the varsity softball team. Schaper was also a member of the University’s Honor Council from 2005 through 2008. She earned her law degree from the University of Dayton School of Law in 2008, and served as a law clerk for the presiding judge of Montgomery County. She is a member of the Missouri Bar Association.
“I am very happy to be a part of the national environmental litigation team at Polsinelli,” said Schaper. “The firm is known for its growth and capabilities and I look forward to practicing with this very experienced group of attorneys who work proactively to help solve their client’s challenges.”
