, the firm has one of the largest and fastest growing real estate platforms in the region.
Guy’s personal experiences have given him a passion for innovation in the delivery of health care in the rapidly-changing U.S. market. He has a special fascination with the business of health care real estate and seniors housing, and the market trends that create opportunities for success. He is a practicing lawyer, author and public speaker. He spends his time focused on current trends in the industry, often helping companies fix, buy, sell and develop health care facilities.
“Health care investing lies at the intersection of the disciplines of mergers and acquisitions, real estate, regulatory compliance, finance, and often distress; the key to great client service is learning to think across these disciplines, instead of getting restrained by them,” Guy said.
Guy will explore trends he is seeing across health care real estate, including opportunities for reform, the changing health care model and how companies are successfully navigating through shifting interests and needs.
“The health care and medical industries are faced with opportunities for growth and innovation in coming years,” he said. “It is imperative that real estate professionals continue to learn and bring new thinking to the table in order to remain an invaluable function for leaders in the health care industry.”
The event is scheduled 7 to 11:45 a.m., Thursday, April 20, 2017 at the Hyatt Regency Aurora – Denver Conference Center. Additional speaker details and ticket information is available here
