Polsinelli welcomed Gregory S. Lindquist to the firm’s national Health Care Practice as an associate in Denver. Prior to joining Polsinelli, Lindquist served as associate counsel in the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Office of Counsel to the Inspector General (HHS OIG) in Washington, D.C. He joins the fastest growing law firm in the country, and the fourth largest Health Care Practice according to both Modern Healthcare and the American Health Lawyers Association.

Polsinelli recently announced the additions of David Cade, the top attorney in HHS, and Kathleen Kenney who served as a Health Information Privacy Specialist, HHS, Office of Civil Rights. At HHS OIG, Lindquist also collaborated regularly with the U.S. Department of Justice, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, and the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. He played a key role in settling numerous cases arising under the False Claims Act, Anti-Kickback Statute, Stark Law, EMTALA, and civil monetary penalty laws.

Lindquist brings experience in civil health care fraud and abuse enforcement to advise clients on a wide range of regulatory compliance and enforcement issues related to federal health care programs.

Lindquist’s health care enforcement experience is strengthened by his educational background. He holds a law degree, with a Certificate in Health Law, and a Master of Health Administration from Saint Louis University, the nation’s top-ranked health law program, according to U.S. News & World Report. A native of Colorado Springs, he earned his B.A. degree in Molecular, Cellular and Developmental Biology from the University of Colorado-Boulder. Lindquist is a member of the State Bar of Colorado.
