Selected for Inclusion in IAM Patent 1000 List for 3rd Consecutive Year

National law firm Polsinelli congratulates partner Gary E. Hood on his inclusion in the IAM Patent 1000 2016 – The World’s Leading Patent Professionals guide.

Identifying and profiling leading private practice patent professionals around the world, the IAM 1000 guide was developed through a months-long research and interview process conducted by Intellectual Asset Management, a magazine focused on Intellectual Property issues in business.

“All those listed in the IAM Patent 1000 are included because we received substantial positive feedback about them from multiple sources,” says Joff Wild, IAM’s editor.

Hood was recognized as “a great lawyer and a wonderful human being. Easy to deal with, he is a smart guy who handles matters pragmatically.” The guide also highlights Hood’s litigation expertise in support of pharmaceutical companies bringing new drugs before the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.

This is the third consecutive year Hood has been listed in the IAM 1000 guide. A graduate of the University of Southern California and Gonzaga University School of Law, Hood is the Vice-Chair of Polsinelli’s Intellectual Property Litigation practice and Leader of the firm’s Hatch-Waxman/Biosimilars practice. His national practice is based in Chicago.
