Polsinelli congratulates our retired Shareholder Jack L. Campbell who is the recipient of the Lifetime Achievement Award recognizing individuals who have demonstrated a lifetime of outstanding service to improving the development and growth of the law, the administration of justice, and the increased recognition of the contributions of the legal profession to the welfare of society. The Kansas City Metropolitan Bar Association will present this award to Jack at the 129th Annual Meeting December 6, 2013.
Since 1972, Jack served the Missouri Bar As Chair of the Young Lawyers Council and later as a member of the Board of Trustees. In addition to his dedication to the legal profession, Jack served his community in a variety of ways including involvement with the Gillis Home, the Kansas City Association for the Blind, Chair of the Kansas City Urban League and served as President of the Kansas City Jaycees in the 1970's. While President of the Kansas City Jaycees, that group became among the first in the nation to admit women.
Jack served in the Missouri General Assembly and was named Legislator of the Year in 1982, and served his clients well in labor and employment matters for more than 40 years. Congratulations to Jack on this well-deserved honor. We are proud to call you our partner and friend.
