Polsinelli welcomes associate Elizabeth Bray to the firm to assist clients with employee benefits and executive compensation matters. She will practice out of the firm’s Chicago office which opened in 2006 with just six attorneys and has since expanded to over 90 lawyers working in 12 practice areas. Polsinelli is one of the nation’s fastest growing law firms with more than 700 attorneys in 18 cities.
Bray, an alumna of Villanova University School of Law outside of Philadelphia, works closely with clients to draft and review group health and retirement plans and uses her experience to counsel businesses on the tax and ERISA issues than can arise in connection with mergers and buyouts.
“I’m excited to join Polsinelli,” Bray said. “There’s a real focus on understanding our clients’ overall business goals, which means that I am able to help them deliver employee benefit plans and executive compensation arrangements that not only comply with all the legal requirements but also further their strategic business objectives.”
In addition to her law degree, Bray earned her LL.M. from Villanova School of Law and her undergraduate degree in Economics from Villanova University. Bray is a member of the American Bar Association and the Coalition of Women’s Initiatives in Law. When she’s not assisting clients, Bray is active in the community. She serves on the Associate Board of Common Threads, a charitable organization which promotes the education of children regarding nutrition and exercise and on the Associate Board of Girls on the Run – Chicago, a charitable organization which encourages positive emotional, social, mental, and physical development of girls through a program that integrates running.
