National law firm Polsinelli welcomes Margaret Olek Esler to the firm’s Real Estate Development/Transactions Practice as associate in the Phoenix office. Esler has extensive experience in the areas of purchase and sale transactions, leasing, financing, landlord-tenant disputes, and development for both commercial and residential clients. She also has a wide range of experience in environmental real estate matters, including due diligence and CERCLA compliance issues.
“Margaret is a terrific addition to our real estate practice especially at a time when the real estate industry is beginning to show signs of recovery in Arizona and other key areas of the country.” said Real Estate Division Chair John Petersen.
In her practice, Esler’s emphasis is on understanding her clients’ business interests, identifying issues, solving problems as they arise, and ensuring all parties are working together toward a positive outcome.”
“One of the reasons I practice real estate law is that I enjoy working toward a defined goal. I like to use a teamwork approach to find solutions to complex real estate problems, so that everyone ultimately wins,” said Esler. “Joining Polsinelli and being part of a group of dozens of attorneys throughout the country who are authorities at maneuvering through the real estate development maze is an exciting opportunity for me.”
