Polsinelli welcomes veteran real estate finance attorney John P. McNearney and experienced securities and corporate finance attorney Daniel A. Peterson as shareholders. Both will serve clients nationally from Polsinelli’s St. Louis office.

“Polsinelli continues to attract strong laterals to the St. Louis market,” Randy Gerber, managing director of the St. Louis office said. “The addition of both John and Dan to our team will allow us to expand the breadth of services we offer our clients, both locally and nationally, as well as help us to continue to focus on being highly regarded business problem solvers.”

John P. McNearney concentrates his practice on commercial and agribusiness finance and real estate transactions for various institutions, corporations and individuals.
