Polsinelli congratulates 33 of its attorneys elected to shareholder from 11 offices across the country. The number of promoted attorneys increased this year by a dozen, and reflects the firm’s commitment to the development of its attorneys and ongoing growth to better serve clients.

The promotions to shareholder are occurring during an exciting period of growth for Polsinelli. In 2013, the firm added 75 attorneys nationwide to help meet client needs. The firm also expanded with a new office and team in Chattanooga, Tennessee. Five years in a row Polsinelli has been ranked the fastest growing law firm in America by The American Lawyer. Polsinelli focuses on finding practical solutions for clients in health care, financial services, real estate, life sciences and technology, energy and business litigation matters.

Effective November 1, 2013, attorneys from the following offices will become shareholders: Chicago, Dallas, Denver, Kansas City, Los Angeles, Overland Park, Phoenix, Springfield (Mo.), St. Joseph (Mo.), St. Louis and Washington, D.C.

  • John F. Crawford – Nonprofit Organizations. He earned his J.D. from the University of Missouri, 2005.
  • Meredith A. Duncan – Health Care. She earned her J.D. from Chicago-Kent College of Law, Illinois Institute of Technology, 2004.
  • Paula S. Kim – Financial and Fiduciary Litigation, and Commercial Litigation. She earned her J.D., cum laude, from DePaul University College of Law, 2005. Ms. Kim is also the President of the Korean American Bar Association of Chicago (2012-2014).
  • Rebecca C. Riley-Vargas –Science & Technology. She earned her J.D. from Washington University in St. Louis, 2007.
