Polsinelli welcomes shareholder Nick McGrath to its growing Real Estate practice in Denver, adding to the already-deep bench strength the practice offers clients nationwide.

McGrath brings a decade of legal experience in advising clients on a wide variety of real estate transactions, including leasing, acquisition, disposition, development and financing of retail, office, industrial and multi-family properties. He also advises clients on property tax matters, including property tax protests and abatements.

“We’re seeing fast-paced changes in the Denver and Rocky Mountain region real estate market, so having Nick on our team will give us an even greater ability to proactively meet these shifts and support our clients,” said Amy Hansen, a top real estate attorney in Denver’s Polsinelli office. “Nick’s broad experience in commercial real estate transactions and leasing will be in high demand as the Denver market continues to grow.”

Polsinelli has more than 160 real estate lawyers from coast to coast and is nationally ranked by U.S. News and World Report in Real Estate law. The Real Estate practice is recognized by Chambers USA in Colorado and nationwide, and has been named a Top 10 Real Estate Practice Group by Law360.

“Polsinelli’s strong real estate group and national platform gives an edge to both local and national clients,” McGrath said. “The firm has a strong point of view that gives proper attention to the Denver community within its national brand.”

McGrath earned his J.D. from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law, his master’s degree in real estate and construction management from the University of Denver, and his bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Colorado-Boulder.
