Propelled by local and national growth, firm name is added to downtown office tower

The St. Louis skyline is set to get a significant new addition Wednesday, Sept. 14 as a five-foot-tall and more than 40-foot-wide Polsinelli sign will be hoisted into place on the law firm’s St. Louis headquarters building.

Polsinelli, an Am Law 100 law firm, is in one of St. Louis’ downtown office towers at 100 S. Fourth Street between Busch Stadium and the Gateway Arch. Warren Sign, of Arnold, built the custom aluminum sign and will use cranes to hoist it 12 stories into place. The width of the entire sign – 10 letters in the Engraver's Gothic font – is 43.5 feet.

"Our firm’s long-standing commitment to the St. Louis region has never been stronger,” said Polsinelli’s Office Managing Partner Randy Gerber. “We are proud to add the Polsinelli name to the St. Louis skyline.”

Polsinelli, which operates 19 offices coast to coast, began leasing space in the building in 1995 and expanded further in 2010. Today, more than 200 employees, including 108 attorneys, are based in the firm’s St. Louis office.

Polsinelli represents national and locally-based clients across industries including, health care, financial services, real estate, energy, and science and technology. A steadfast partner of the entrepreneurial community, the firm has invested in virtually every startup community organization in the St. Louis area providing advice, sponsorships and pro bono services. Its associates are also active in numerous charitable organizations.

Since 2010, the same year the firm expanded its St. Louis office, Polsinelli’s overall attorney headcount has grown 74 percent, revenue growth is up 145 percent and profits are up 143 percent.
