Polsinelli Principal Tim Reimers Elected to Southern California Leadership Network Board of Directors

Timothy J. Reimers has been elected to serve on the board of directors of the Southern California Leadership Network (SCLN), a program of the Los Angeles Chamber of Commerce dedicated to educating and connecting area leaders.

“Tim brings a deep understanding of the mission of SCLN and a personal perspective as a past participant in the SCLN program,” said SCLN Executive Director Nancy Olson. “His experience leading large-scale development and financing projects in the Los Angeles area, combined with his hands-on familiarity with SCLN, makes him a valuable asset to our board.”

While in the program, Reimers met with leaders at major commerce areas including the Ports of Los Angeles and Long Beach, Los Angeles World Airports, Metropolitan Water of Southern California, Mattel and other large businesses.

“Working alongside decision makers provides a deeper perspective into the complicated macro and intimate, every-day issues these leaders face when developing and financing projects, as well as a greater understanding of the multifaceted relationships required among government agencies and business stakeholders to bring major projects from an idea stage through completion,” Reimers said. “I look forward to bringing what I have learned to the board to help SCLN inspire others to lead.”

Reimers is a principal and leader in Polsinelli’s real estate and public finance practices. He has extensive experience assisting health care systems, airports, ports, utility districts, cities, counties, schools, high-speed rail and other groups acquire, manage and develop their real estate assets, raise capital and finance projects.
