Google, Apple, IBM…all huge names in the tech world. It’s no surprise in this day in age that often executives within these corporate giants try to hire the best and the brightest from each other’s companies. And with that comes the danger of highly confidential information and trade secrets going to a competitor.

Recently, WAFS invited Polisinelli's Jim Swartz to address these workplace issues. Jim was a guest on 1190's Dana Barrett show. They covered a number of workplace topics concerning trade secret theft and non-compete agreements. Jim is a member of the firm's national Labor and Employment practice and practices nationally from the firm's Atlanta office.
