Wednesday, April 14
11:30 AM – 12:30 PM CDT

We invite you to join Polsinelli for a two part series covering An In-Depth Review of the Stark Law and Anti-Kickback Statute Regulatory Sprint Changes. In the first of two webinars we will explore last year’s landmark Stark Law and Anti-Kickback Statute regulatory changes.

Polsinelli attorneys will provide a detailed summary and analysis of new regulatory definitions, exceptions, and safe harbors designed to promote value-based arrangements. In the second webinar of this series, Polsinelli attorneys will address modifications to the Stark Law and Anti-Kickback Statute resulting from HHS and CMS’s Regulatory Sprint. Among other things, this presentation will cover changes to major Stark Law defined terms, new Anti-Kickback Statute safe harbors, and changes in agency interpretation of existing rules.
