Nia Hildreth supports the Commercial Litigation practice with an emphasis on consumer arbitrations and consumer financial services litigation. Her responsibilities include supporting the litigation team across the country with analysis of initial complaints, legal research, drafting responsive pleadings and motions, subpoena response, and trial support.

Before joining Polsinelli, Nia worked as a juvenile prosecutor and civil litigator. After taking time away from the legal profession to raise children, Nia now uses her firsthand litigation background and trial experience to provide behind the scenes legal support to her litigation practice colleges. Nia has been in the legal field for over 15 years.
