Patrick Fagan advises institutional lenders and borrowers in a broad range of commercial real estate financing transactions, including acquisition, construction, bridge, and permanent loans. He regularly drafts and negotiates loan documents for bilateral and syndicated credit facilities and guides clients through all stages of a financing transaction, from due diligence and documentation through closing and subsequent loan modifications. He brings additional perspective from work in prominent commercial real estate finance practices, as well as a background in commercial real estate appraisal and multifamily development financing.
