Andy Cripe leads the firm’s Employment Advice and Investigations Practice Group. He focuses on advising management on business transformation issues (such as workforce reductions or outsourcing), conducting internal investigations for clients on sensitive or significant compliance matters, and helping clients to develop enterprise-wide risk management and compliance programs and audits. Clients also look to Andy for general counsel on day-to-day employment and other matters across a wide range of issues, including wage and hour compliance, workplace harassment prevention and response, disability accommodation and leave administration and intellectual property protection. Andy regularly works with international and publicly traded companies and supports workforce management across a variety of industries, including tech, healthcare, shipping and logistics, financial services, manufacturing, hospitality and entertainment.
