Alexa is an associate in the Antitrust practice group who helps clients address a wide range  of antitrust concerns, including both litigation and transactional matters. She is dedicated to helping clients identify and mitigate antitrust risks while achieving their business goals and to defending their interests when litigation arises.

A significant portion of Alexa’s practice is devoted to helping guide clients through the Hart-Scott-Rodino pre-merger notification process, from determining when notification is required, supplying necessary information to enforcement agencies, and  advising on antitrust risk-mitigation strategies.

Alexa previously served as a Polsinelli summer associate in the Washington D.C. office.

  • Played a key role in various stages of a complex and widely-publicized antitrust litigation regarding numerous provider acquisitions conducted by a national health system, including researching and drafting a motion for partial summary judgment which resulted in the dismissal of one of the Plaintiff’s two claims.
  • Helped a national health system limit its responses to broad discovery requests in civil antitrust litigation.
  • Prepared HSR filings for transactions in a wide variety of sectors, including healthcare, education, technology, and manufacturing.
  • Advised on antitrust risks associated with the merger of two healthcare business solutions companies.
