Adam Dietrich delivers practical legal advice in the complicated and constantly-evolving health care industry. His national practice focuses primarily on managed care disputes and strategy, including issues related to underpayments, misclassified emergency claims, medical necessity denials, attempted recoupments and offsets, contract interpretation, billing policy disputes, and out-of-network reimbursement. He works with a wide-range of health care entities, including many of the country's renowned profit and not-for-profit hospital systems, ambulatory surgery centers, air ambulance services, specialty providers, physician groups and ancillary service providers, as well as medical device companies. Adam has extensive experience litigating complex commercial disputes, having successfully resolved matters for clients via dispositive motions, arbitration, mediation, and trials before judges and juries in both state and federal court. Adam’s deep understanding of e-discovery platforms and experience litigating in remote environments provides additional value to clients in these uncertain times.
