Andrew practices in the areas of Government Investigations and commercial litigation, focusing on internal corporate investigations,  white collar criminal defense, and business torts.  Working to understand each client’s unique situation, he helps guide clients through government inquiries or litigation and provides counsel that aligns to their business strategies. Andrew has experience litigating in federal and state courts. He has represented a range of businesses, including clients in the healthcare, hospitality, real estate development and finance industry. 

Prior to joining Polsinelli, Andrew served as a law clerk to The Honorable Judge Douglas L. Rayes on the United States District Court for the District of Arizona.
