Thinking outside, inside and around the box is something Aaron Kroll does exceptionally well.  His experience in litigation, combined with a deep understanding of real estate transactions and leasing, has given Aaron unique insight into these areas. He is able to approach complex situations from both the legal and business points of view and often sees opportunities and potential problems that others overlook.  Since joining Polsinelli, Aaron has worked on a myriad of both large and small real estate transactions ranging from the financing, sale, purchase, and lease of office, commercial, apartment, transportation, industrial, and mixed-use developments.
