Clients rely on Adam to work with Polsinelli’s attorneys to provide comprehensive legal advice when analyzing transactional matters. His experience includes reviewing and negotiating services agreements, vendor contracts, master services agreements, government contracts, data protection and data privacy addendum, non-disclosure agreements, and various other types of contracts across a wide variety of industries. Adam’s broad experience allows him to assist clients in meeting their legal and business needs effectively. Adam’s goal is to ensure that every transaction aligns with the client’s business, financial and strategic goals.

Prior to joining Polsinelli, Adam served as in-house corporate counsel to a global technology-enabled legal services corporation.

  • Represented technology-based service provider in negotiation of a long-term, $7,000,000 per year, professional services agreement with an international financial institution.  
  • Represented global legal services provider in negotiation of a long-term licensing agreement with a technology-based vendor.
  • Significant experience drafting, reviewing and negotiating SAAS and other cloud-based services agreements.
  • Experience counseling clients with respect to a variety of corporate matters, including employment issues, collection disputes, data retention, corporate governance, risk management and contract disputes.
  • Experience counseling clients with respect to data privacy matters, including negotiation and drafting of data protection agreements.
