Arnold Ressin has a broad range of experience in the practice of real estate finance, including extensive work in the field of:

  • real estate loan origination (primarily in the areas of CMBS lending and construction lending);
  • complex loan modifications;
  • forbearance transactions;  
  • discounted payoff transactions;
  • receiver sales of properties; and 
  • loan sale transactions.
